Web Accessibility, Managing Text Size

Are you having problems viewing our website because the text is too big or too small, if you follow the instructions below.

Windows Computers

Google Chrome

  • Top Right, page icon with folded edge, select it.
  • From dropdown, select text zoom.
  • You have options, larger normal and smaller..
  • Larger = ctrl +, Smaller = ctrl -, Normal ctrl = ctrl 0.

Internet Explorer

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Larger" or the size you prefer.

Firefox

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Increase", "Decrease" or "Normal".

Netscape 7

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Zoom".
  • Select "Larger" or the desired percentage increase in size.

Netscape 6

  • Select "Edit" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.
  • In the option screen that appears, choose "Fonts" under the "Appearance" heading.
  • You can now change the font type and size from this menu.

Netscape 4

  • Choose the "Edit" option on the Toolbar.
  • Select "Preferences".
  • Under the "Appearance" heading you can change font type and size.

Apple Computers

Netscape 4, 6 and 7

  • From the Netscape Menu select "Edit".
  • Select "Preferences".
  • Select "Appearance" from the left hand column and then "Fonts".
  • You manually control the font size by changing the point sizes.

IE 4.0 and 5.5

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Larger" or the size you prefer.

IE 5.0

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Zoom".
  • Change the size of the font by selecting the desired percentage increase in size.

Firefox

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Text Size".
  • Select "Increase", "Decrease" or "Normal".

Safari

  • Select "View" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Make Text Bigger" or "Make Text Bigger".

Opera

  • Select "Opera" from the toolbar.
  • Select "Preferences".
  • Click on the "Web Pages" tab.
  • Adjust your "Page Zoom" size.
